As one of the Sales Leaders, you would be challenging a team of Auto Insurance Sales Agents to reach their full Sales potential in the following ways:

  • Coaching, monitoring and mentoring a team of sales agents to attain key goals and metrics.
  • Providing nurturing environment via results feedback, associate evaluations, incentive contests along with one on ones for success, and monthly team meetings
  • Work with Sales Leadership directly on problem solving, process improvements, team meetings and training.
  • Handle escalations and complaint calls from customers when the complexity or severity of the issue is beyond the scope of the agent or support staff member. Initiate steps necessary to correct problems and see issues through to satisfactory resolution.
  • Assist with interviews and training for new hires.
  • Review and analyzing data to share with team members and improve metrics

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of Supervisory experience in a call center atmosphere
    • Property and Casualty License will be required
    • Proficient with web based applications along with excellent navigation skills are required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications are needed
    • Requires the ability to perform basic math calculations (addition , subtraction, multiplication and division), along with averages and percentages
