We are searching in Nashville, TN for an HR Generalist who will provide a broad range of human resources support to all levels of employees in assigned areas.  The responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations and communications, coordination of transactions and special projects. You’ll need to have stellar communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a “get ‘er done” attitude. Basically, we’re looking for a rock star who can do it all while building deep professional relationships.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related area; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of human resource experience in the areas of recruitment, employee relations
  • HR certification (i.e. PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
