This high-visibility role will have the opportunity to interact with leadership across the company, and work with them to ensure that their strategic initiatives are accurately presented to our executive team for prioritization.  The individual filling the role will obtain a strong understanding of the company’s strategic objectives, and help develop financial plans that drive those objectives.  Additionally, this individual will assist in financial modeling and forecasting, and develop and perform standardized cost-benefit analysis.  High financial acumen is essential, but strong communication skills are equally important to be successful in this position. Essential Functions

  • Develop and perform standardized cost-benefit analysis to help prioritize projects
  • Working with the project management office (PMO), develop and maintain process to analyze in-flight projects for efficiency and budget adherence
  • Partner with the product and marketing teams to maintain a rolling volume forecast
  • Assist with financial and operational reporting to management and other operating companies
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and support management across the organization
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of metrics/scorecards that measure the company's execution of its strategic focus areas
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related area
  • Master’s Degree preferred (MBA, Accounting, etc.)
  • 3+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting role with responsibilities for financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Knowledge and experience in financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements, analyze results, and identify key issues
  • Alteryx experience beneficial, but not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and leverage systems to improve work product
  • Ability to build and maintain organizational relationships
