Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. You naturally savor data and you are motivated to use data to impact business decisions. You are familiar with current digital analytical concepts including, but not limited to, marketing channel attribution, web analytics, channel conversion, ROI analysis and tag management. The position does not require software development, but an understanding of software development process and simple coding would go a long way particularly in capturing requirements.

  • Takes ownership of the digital team’s area/initiative analysis and delivers that information company-wide to provide transparency into digital performance – including area Scorecards. 
  • Supports and executes the analytical needs of the digital team.
  • Supports digital team in the development of digital initiative specifications and documentation such as business cases, project charters, use cases, decision matrices, risk analysis, process flows and transition plans.
  • Supports the QA and Usability Testing efforts of the digital team.
  • Creates and maintains project plans with tasks, estimates, dates, dependencies and responsible parties.   Monitoring and taking necessary actions to ensure that deadlines are met. 
  • Assist in the development of sales plans, reforecast and expense budgets as requested. 
  • May perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

Experience/Skills Requirements
  • 1-3 years of digital analytics experience preferred.
  • At least, 1-2 years’ experience with digital analytics and the ability to integrate digital metrics into robust reporting.Advanced usage of a web analytics platform (Ex: Google Analytics).
  • Must have strong communication, organization and planning skills both orally and in writing.
  • Must possess above average interpersonal skills and have the ability to represent the company effectively in public forums and when interacting with potential partners.
  • Ability to perform data and financial analysis required.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude required.
  • Requires proficient PC and Windows skills (intermediate level of Microsoft Excel required).
  • Also requires the ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and basic statistics (averages and algebra). 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1-3 years’ experience in digital field.
  • Training and experience with SQL, Adobe, Google Analytics, Compete, Search Monitor and Opinion Lab is preferred.
