Job Description



Overview

This position is responsible for all levels of talent acquisition and associated processes for the organization to include delivering a high tech talent pipeline that is aligned with our company intention, purpose and strategies.  Primary focus is on day-to-day recruiting as well as administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS).   Position is also involved in staff planning, employee relations, reporting and compliance, training, HRIS administration as well as community involvement and outreach.  Acts as a resource for leadership, associates and within the HR department where needed.

The position will be based in Nashville, TN but duties can be performed virtually from any U.S. location.



Responsibilities

  • Interacts with hiring managers and supervisors regarding a recruitment strategy to ensure a complete understanding of their needs in order to find a suitable match for their open position.
  • Coordinates full cycle recruiting process to include: prepares employment advertisements and places them in an appropriate distribution channel to attract best applicant pool; oversees the routing of all position requisitions in compliance with ATS requirements; conducts face-to-face interviews with candidates to further assess qualifications for the job and fit; and initiates employment offers.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures including phone screens, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Strategically and proactively build candidate pipeline.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.
  • Trains hiring managers on company policies and procedures related to the staffing process and ATS administration to ensure compliance with company, state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Trains hiring managers on interview best practices and ensures the process is consistent throughout the organization.
  • Assist hiring managers with interview questions to reflect each position requirement.
  • Able to guide and influence internal and external partners.
  • Participate and assist in employer branding initiatives.
  • Identifies and represents the organization at events designed to market the company and our opportunities.
  • Responsible for reporting functions within the ATS to determine previous workflow and sourcing.
  • Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.

Job Requirements



  • 4 or more years recruiting high tech candidates, preferable in a high growth environment.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • History of bringing innovation to recruiting thru strategy, marketing and or technology.
  • Passion for technology and other technical roles.
  • Keen understanding of the differences in various roles throughout an organization.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed) highly desired.
  • Strong computer skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite: Previous applicant tracking systems experience preferred.
  • Negotiates skillfully in tough situations both internally and externally with ability to win consensus
  • Relates well to a broad range of people, easy to approach, spends extra effort to put others at ease, builds rapport well, builds constructive and effective relationships, ability to demonstrate implied leadership as a subject matter expert
  • Comfortable in presenting information to groups and representing the organization in a professional manner.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
